Not worth a penny. Not a single recipe.
Not worth it
If you are looking for basic information on how Molecular Gastronomy is done this is NOT the app for you. For example, the app doesnt show in what proportion you have to mix agar agar with a liquid in order to make a jelly. At best it is a glossary of common terminology and then very basic.
